July 28, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 025-93 SUBJECT : Lung Center of the Philippines (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Lung Center of the Philippines in the amount of P1,026,070 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of medical equipment in 1993, to be used in its operations as a specialized government hospital: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. aisadc (SGD.)
