September 20, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 025-91 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P13,808,741 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of medical equipment and supplies for the period July to December 31, 1991: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93; Provided, Further , That the beneficiary-entity shall take efforts and initiatives to rationalize its rate structure to make the same more realistic and reflective of actual cost of services and submit the corresponding report thereon to the FIRB not later than December 31, 1991.
