July 15, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 025-87 WHEREAS, the Honorable Undersecretary of Finance ALFREDO PIO DE RODA, JR., has shared his time, efforts, resources, experience and expertise generously and unlimitedly with the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, first and foremost as Chairman of the FIRB Technical Committee and as a resource person to the Board itself; WHEREAS, The work of the FIRB has been greatly facilitated and enhanced due to the active participation, dynamic initiatives, profound and incisive fiscal acumen, and comprehensive legal expertise of Undersecretary Alfredo Pio de Roda, Jr., in both instances, as above-mentioned; cdt NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the Fiscal Incentives Review Board confer this Resolution of Appreciation as a token of gratitude to Undersecretary Alfredo Pio de Roda, Jr. (SGD.)
