March 28, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 025-85 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges of the Light Rail Transit Authority under Executive Order No. 603 are restored effective June 11, 1984. Its interest income from bank deposits and yield or any other monetary benefits from deposits substitutes and from trust fund and similar arrangements, shall remain taxable pursuant to PD 1959.
