September 4, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 024-91 SUBJECT : Export Processing Zone Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0057, issued in favor of the Export Processing Zone Authority, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 7-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Export Processing Zone Authority in the amount of P70,038,496 . 50 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of materials and equipment needed in the implementation of the Batasan Export Processing Zone II Project pursuant to Loan Agreement PH-P67 under the 12th OECF Loan Program) from August 31, 1991 to October 31, 1991.
