December 11, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 023-97 SUBJECT : Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissary and Exchange Service (3) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0238 previously granted in favor of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissary and Exchange Service, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 8-97 (Renewing the balance of tax subsidy in the amount of P158.050 million only, representing the taxes on items purchased for the year 1996) from June 30, 1997 to December 15, 1997.
