May 18, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 023-95 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P180,512 . 00 only , representing customs duties and taxes due on its importation of one (1) unit of Mitsubishi Lancer acquired through a donation from the Government of Japan in connection with the GOP-JICA Project Type Technical Assistance: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1995 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
