July 28, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 023-93 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0106 previously granted in favor of the National Electrification Administration, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 4-93 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the renewal of the subsidy availment of the National Electrification Administration in the amount of P282 . 16 million only, representing the balance of the subsidy availment previously granted thereto pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 47-92, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations for the year 1992, of electrical equipment and materials, and specialized vehicles consisting of 7 units of test vans, 22 units of maintenance trucks and 15 units of boom trucks only, in connection with the rural electrification program) from June 30, 1993 to December 15, 1993: Provided , That the amount of subsidy to be available to the subject beneficiary shall be limited only to the unutilized portion of the subsidy availment previously granted thereto: Provided , further That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
