April 2, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 023-92 SUBJECT : Philippine National Police Service Stores System (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0067 issued in favor of Philippine National Police Service Stores System, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 27-91, as amended by FIRB Resolution No. 4-92, (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine National Police Service Stores System in the amount of P28 . 5 million only, representing the taxes and duties on items purchased and subsequently sold by its outlets to their intended beneficiaries only) from March 31, 1992 to July 31, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93: Provided , Further , That such subsidy availment shall be used only for taxes and duties due on purchases made in 1991 as evidenced by the corresponding purchase orders therefor: Provided, Finally , That the extension hereunder shall be the last one for the said subsidy availment.
