July 14, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 023-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax exemption privileges granted to sugar cooperatives under the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 175 (Strengthening the Cooperative Movement), as amended and Presidential Decree No. 388 (Creating the Philippine Sugar Commission and for other purposes), as amended, remain withdrawn.
