June 7, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 022-93 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0113 issued in favor of the Philippine Heart Center, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 11-93, as amended by FIRB Resolution No. 14-93 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P8,435,375 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of hospital equipment, materials and supplies for the second half of 1992) from June 30, 1993 to December 15, 1993: Provided , That the amount of subsidy to be available to the subject beneficiary shall be limited only to the unutilized portion of the subsidy availment previously granted thereto: Provided , further That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
