July 14, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 022-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the petition of the Philippine Electronics and Telecommunications Federation is denied, and the income tax exemptions of franchise grantees remain withdrawn pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 72 (Further amending Section 227 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and for other purposes).
