December 15, 2009 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 022-09 WHEREAS, Executive Director Lina D. Isorena of the National Tax Research Center has shared her time, efforts, resources, experience, competence and expertise generously and unsparingly with the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, as a Member of its Technical Committee, from February 1996 to May 2000 and as a Member of the Board and Head of the FIRB Secretariat from June 2000 to December 2009; CaEIST WHEREAS, the work of the FIRB has been greatly facilitated and enriched due to the active participation and incisive fiscal acumen of Executive Director Lina D. Isorena; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the Fiscal Incentives Review Board confer this Resolution of Appreciation and Plaque of Commendation as a token of gratitude to Executive Director Lina D. Isorena of the National Tax Research Center for sharing her time, efforts, resources, experience, competence and expertise generously and unsparingly with the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, as a Member of its Technical Committee, from February 1996 to May 2000 and as a Member of the Board and Head of the FIRB Secretariat from June 2000 to present, in the process greatly facilitating and enriching the work of the FIRB due to her incisive fiscal acumen and active participation in its deliberations.
