July 11, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 021-96 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0207 previously granted in favor of the National Electrification Administration, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 1-96 (Renewing the balance of tax subsidy in the amount of P105 . 90 million only to cover the taxes and duties on its importations of electrical equipment, materials, specialized vehicles and steel poles, in connection with the rural electrification program) from June 30, 1996 to December 15, 1996.
