May 18, 1995 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 021-95 SUBJECT : Philippine Genetics, Inc (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Philippine Genetics, Inc. in the amount of P5 . 062 million only, representing the duties due on its importations of 15,000 heads of live cattle for the year 1995, broken down as follows: 12,000 for feedlot fattening; and 3,000 for breeding purposes only, relative to its cattle development and breeding and genetics programs: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1995 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
