August 2, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 021-91 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0059, issued in favor of the Philippine Heart Center, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 12-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P9,615,977 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of medical equipment and supplies from the period January to June 30, 1991) from August 31, 1991 to December 31, 1991.
