April 19, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 021-90 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0021 issued in favor of the Light Rail Transit Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB No. 6-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Light Rail Transit Authority in the amount of P 2,401,085 . 00 only representing taxes and duties due on its importations for the periods 1989 and 1990) from March 31, 1990 to April 30, 1990.
