December 6, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 020-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority in the amount of P350,410,183 . 87 only representing taxes and duties due therefrom on fertilizer importations released through the deferred payment scheme as described in the accompanying Annex A of subject Resolution: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1989 Tax Expenditures Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. Provided further , That the subsidy availment previously granted to the FPA under FIRB Resolution No. 7-89 shall be correspondingly reduced by the foregoing amount of subsidy availment: Provided finally , That effective January 1, 1990, fertilizer importations made by the FPA shall no longer be entitled to subsidy availment under the TEF. cdt BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to amend FIRB Resolution No. 7-89 and the corresponding Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0018 therefore to reflect the foregoing.
