June 24, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 020-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax exemption privileges granted to the Private Debt Restructuring and Repayment Corporation under the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 2000 (Creating the Private Debt Restructuring and Repayment Corporation, defining its powers and for other purposes) are restored, effective March 10, 1987: Provided , however , That its interest income from the investment of funds held by it and other similar sources shall remain taxable pursuant to the provisions of Section 24(e) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
