February 27, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 020-85 SUBJECT: (1) Petroleum Service Contractors (2) Coal Operating Contractors (3) Geothermal Service Contractors BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges of: (1) petroleum service contractors under Presidential Decree No. 87, as amended; (2) coal operating contractors under Presidential Decree No. 972, as amended; and (3) geothermal service contractors under Presidential Decree No. 1442, arising out of contracts negotiated and concluded with said contractors are not affected by Presidential Decree No. 1955. cdt (SGD.)
