October 3, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 019-97 SUBJECT : Philippine Genetics, Inc. (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0237 previously granted in favor of the Philippine Genetic, Inc. pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 7-97 (Renewing the balance of tax subsidy granted to it in the amount of P6.41 million only, representing the duties due on its importation of 30,000 head of cattle, relative to its livestock development program), but only up to the extent of the unused balance thereof in the amount of P2,572.121.00 only; from June 30, 1997 to December 15, 1997.
