BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application of the Philippine Genetics, Inc. for reconsideration of FIRB Resolution No. 10-96 (Denying the application of PGI for additional tax subsidy in the amount of P3 . 5 million only , covering the duties on its additional importation of live cattle for the year 1995).
