August 2, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 019-91 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System in the amount of P70 million only, representing taxes and duties due on its importations for the second, third and fourth quarters of 1991, in connection with the following projects: (1) Manila Water Supply Rehabilitation Projects I and II; and (2) Angat Water Supply Optimization Project: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
