December 6, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 019-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Food Development Center in the amount of P65,469,277 . 00 only , representing customs duties and compensating taxes due on its importations, details of which are described in the accompanying Annex A of subject Resolution: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the Tax Expenditures Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to amend FIRB Resolution No. 10-89 and the corresponding Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0015 therefor to reflect the foregoing. (SGD.) VICENTE R.
