June 24, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 019-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption and preferential tax treatment privileges of the following are hereby restored effective March 10, 1987: (1) Petroleum service contractors, subject to the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 87 (Promoting the discovery and production of indigenous petroleum and for other purposes), as amended, and the preferential tax treatment granted to their subcontractors, subject to the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 1354 (Imposing a final income tax on subcontractors and alien employees of service contractors and subcontractors engaged in petroleum operations in the Philippines); (2) Coal operating contractors, subject to the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 972 (Promoting the accelerated exploration, development, exploitation, production and utilization of coal and for other purposes), as amended; and aisadc (3) Geothermal service contractors, subject to the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 1442 (Promoting the exploration and development of geothermal resources and for other purposes), as amended.
