February 25, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 019-85 SUBJECT : Social Security System BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges enjoyed by the Social Security System under its charter (Republic Act No. 1161, as amended), including exemption from the 15% final withholding tax on its interest income, are restored effective June 11, 1984.
