October 3, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 018-97 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0233 previously granted in favor of the Light Rail Transit Authority, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 3-97 (Renewing the balance of tax subsidy granted in favor of the Light Rail Transit Authority in the amount of P24.13 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importation of spare parts and equipment for the rehabilitation program and regular maintenance and operation of the LRT system), but only up to the extent of the unused balance thereof in the amount of P15.84 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importation of spare parts and equipment for the rehabilitation program and regular maintenance and operation of the LRT system from June 30, 1997 to December 15, 1997.
