May 27, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 018-96 SUBJECT : National Kidney Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to renew the balance of the tax subsidy previously granted in favor of the National Kidney Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 37-95 (granting tax subsidy to the National Kidney Institute in the amount of P3,762,230.64 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importation of various medical equipment and supplies for the year 1995 per Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0197, in line with the Department of Health's special projects), in the amount of P2 . 82 million only : Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1996 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to cancel the effects of the following: (1) FIRB Resolution No. 9-96 (renewing the balance of the tax subsidy previously granted in favor of the National Kidney Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 37-95 re: Amending the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0178 previously issued in favor of the National Kidney Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 10-95 and granting tax subsidy to the National Kidney Institute in the amount of P3,762,230.64 . . .); and (2) Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0215 previously issued in favor of the National Kidney Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 9-96.
