May 20, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 018-94 SUBJECT : Bases Conversion and Development Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application for subsidy availment of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, in the amount of P1 . 2 million only , representing the customs duties and taxes on its importations of 2 units of Mitsubishi Pajero GLX, pursuant to a Memorandum of Agreement between the BCDA and the Mitsui & Co., Ltd. cdt (SGD.)
