December 6, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 018-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0010 issued in favor of the Philippine Heart Center pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 15-89 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P5,004,009 . 00 only representing the compensating taxes due on its importations for the year 1987 to 1989, inclusive) from November 30, 1989 to December 15, 1989. aisadc (SGD.)
