June 24, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 018-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax exemption privilege of local fertilizer manufacturers granted under the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 1144 (Creating the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, and providing for tax and duty exemptions of fertilizers and fertilizer inputs and for other purposes) as amended, is restored effective March 10, 1987. cdt (SGD.)
