May 20, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 017-94 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the National Electrification Administration, in the amount of P18 . 40 million only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of electrical equipment and materials, in connection with its rural electrification program: Provided , That such availments shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
