December 6, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 017-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Metro Manila Transit Corporation in the amount of P8,484,842 . 00 only representing the taxes and duties on its importations of buses and bus engines herein described, subject to the following conditions: 1. That such amount shall be chargeable against the subsidy availment of P10,220,445.00 previously granted to it per FIRB Resolution No. 16-89; and 2. That such subsidy availment shall be valid until December 15, 1989. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, to amend FIRB Resolution No. 16-89 and the corresponding Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0018 therefor to reflect the foregoing.
