May 27, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 016-96 SUBJECT : Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee Corporation BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the application for tax subsidy of the Quedan and Rural Credit Guarantee Corporation in the amount of P1,782,214 . 65 only , covering the taxes and duties on the importation of fifteen (15) units of used/second hand Nissan Advan Station Wagon acquired through a donation from the Miyakawa Enterprises, Inc. of Japan.
