August 2, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 016-91 SUBJECT : Fertilizer And Pesticide Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0054, issued in favor of the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 1-91, as amended by FIRB Resolution No. 15-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority in the amount of P295 million only, representing the basic customs duties and the additional duties due on its importations of fertilizers for the first and second quarters of 1991) from July 31, 1991 to December 31, 1991.
