May 22, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 016-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the privilege of net operating loss carry-over deduction granted to tourism enterprises under the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 535 (Providing for a comprehensive investment incentive program for the tourism industry), as amended, remains withdrawn: Provided , That losses incurred prior to March 10, 1987, shall continue to be entitled to net operating loss carry-over for the period and subject to the conditions stipulated in Section 8(b) of Presidential Decree No. 535, as amended.
