December 12, 2006 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 016-06 SUBJECT : Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissary and Exchange Service (AFPCES) (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0353 issued in favor of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissary and Exchange Service pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 6-06 from December 15, 2006 to December 31, 2006.
