July 11, 1997 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 015-97 SUBJECT : Leyte Metropolitan Water District (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Leyte Metropolitan Water District in the amount of P533,353.00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on one (1) unit of maintenance service vehicle, specifically a Toyota Hi-Lux Pick-up acquired through donation from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) under the Emergency Rehabilitation Project for Typhoon Damaged Water Supply System in Leyte. Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 13 of the 1997 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
