May 22, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 015-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax- and-duty-free importation privileges of the NDC-NACIDA Raw Materials Corporation on its qualified importations of critical raw materials under the terms and conditions of Letter of Instructions No. 803 (Providing incentives to the NDC-NACIDA Raw Materials Corporation, and for other purposes), as amended, remain withdrawn: Provided , That importations of the NDC-NACIDA Raw Materials Corporation for which the corresponding Letters of Credit have been opened prior to March 10, 1987 shall remain entitled to tax and duty exemptions.
