February 14, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 015-85 SUBJECT : Tourism Enterprises BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax incentive enjoyed by tourism enterprises with respect only to the net operating loss carry-over under the terms and conditions of P.D. 535 is restored effective October 15, 1984.
