December 12, 2006 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 015-06 SUBJECT : Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy (CES) Nos. 0350, 0351 and 0352 issued in favor of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 4-06 from December 15, 2006 to January 15, 2007: Provided , that the transactions covered by said CES should be made on or before December 31, 2006.
