March 30, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 014-94 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P868,101 . 00 only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of one unit motor vehicle (Mitsubishi Pajero) and one case of spare parts therefor acquired through a donation from the Government of Japan in connection with the GOP-JICA Project Type Technical Assistance: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
