April 15, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 014-93 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0113 issue in favor of Philippine Heart Center, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 11-93 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P8,435,375 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of hospital equipment, materials and supplies for the second half of 1992) from April 15 1993 to June 30, 1993: Provided , That the amount of subsidy to be available to the subject beneficiary shall be limited only to the unutilized portion of the subsidy availment previously granted thereto: Provided, further, That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93. aisadc (SGD.)
