February 17, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 014-92 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Waterworks And Sewerage System (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System in the amount of P40 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations in connection with the following projects: (1) Manila Water Supply Rehabilitation Projects I and II; and (2) Angat Water Supply Optimization Project: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1992 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93; Provided , Further , That the beneficiary-entity shall set up a program to minimize non-revenue water losses in order that revenues due it may be enhanced and submit the results and/or progress of such program to the FIRB on a periodic basis or as often as may be required by the latter.
