June 21, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 014-91 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P2,708,122 . 28 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of equipment and materials required to complete its project, "Improvement of the Central Experiment Station of the Philippine Rice Research Institute", under a grant from the Government of Japan: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided, Further , That the said subsidy availment shall not in any way whatsoever be utilized for purposes of taxes and duties due on importations of motor vehicles connected with the subject-project pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution Nos . 26-90 and 36-90 .
