June 21, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 013-91 SUBJECT : Local Water Utilities Administration (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Local Water Utilities Administration in the amount of P2,486,834 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of water treatment plant and chlorination equipment in connection with its various water district projects for the year 1990: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided, Further , That the beneficiary shall complete the review of the operations of local water districts monitored by it for purposes of making more realistic their water rate structure pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 57-90 and submit details of actions undertaken thereon to the FIRB not later than July 31, 1991.
