July 6, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 013-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Office of the President, for its consideration as an Administration Bill, the restoration of the tax and duty exemption privilege previously enjoyed by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports and/or the Educational Development Project Implementing Task Force, pursuant to the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 6-A (Authorizing the undertaking of educational development projects, providing for the mechanics of implementation and financing thereof, and for other purposes), as amended, on their importation of articles, materials, equipment, machineries, supplies and building materials to be used for educational development projects authorized under said Decree.
