May 7, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 013-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the exemptions from the travel tax, including the payment of preferential travel tax rates granted, under the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 1183 (Amending and consolidating the provisions on travel tax and for other purposes), as amended, remain withdrawn: Provided , however , That the exemption from the travel tax of Filipino overseas contract workers granted, under the terms and conditions of Executive Order No. 25 (Exemption of Filipino overseas contract workers from the payment of travel tax), including the payment of preferential travel tax rates by their spouses and qualified dependents, are restored effective March 10, 1987: Provided , further , That exemptions from the travel tax that have been withdrawn shall be subject to further study as requests for their restoration are made by the concerned persons.
