February 7, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 013-85 SUBJECT: 1. Agricultural and Non-agricultural Cooperatives 2. Electric Cooperatives 3. Sugar Cooperatives BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges granted to: (1) agricultural and non-agricultural cooperatives under PD 175, as amended; (2) electric cooperatives, under PD 269, as amended; and (3) sugar cooperatives, under PD 775, as amended and withdrawn by PD 1955, remain revoked.
