February 11, 1994 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 012-94 SUBJECT : National Kidney Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to renew the subsidy availment previously granted to the National Kidney Institute, pursuant to FIRB Resolution Nos. 30-93 and 37-93 (Granting subsidy availment to the National Kidney Institute in the amount of P4 . 381 million and P3 . 3 million only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of medical equipment and supplies to be used in its operations and medical equipment consisting of 25 units of Hemodialysis Machine and 16 units of Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment, in 1993, pursuant to a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office): Provided , That the amount of subsidy to be available to the subject beneficiary shall be limited only to the unutilized portion of the subsidy availment previously granted thereto: Provided, Further , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1994 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. aisadc (SGD.)
